About

From the Corporate "Hustle" to Restorative Care
I didn’t always work in wellness. Born in Colombia and raised in the Catskills, I spent years in the fast-paced world of hospitality, marketing, and business management after graduating from SUNY Oneonta. I’ve lived the "NYC Baseline" , I know exactly how the pressure to perform takes a physical toll because I’ve felt it myself. While those chapters of my life taught me so much, I felt a pull toward work that helped people on a deeper level. That’s what led me to the Pacific College of Health and Science. My training there blended Western clinical science with the ancestral wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, allowing me to see your discomfort through a unique, dual lens.
My Philosophy: Regulation is a High-Performance Habit
I approach the body as a whole, not just a collection of aches. Honestly, if your nervous system isn't calm, no amount of "digging" into a muscle will provide lasting relief. It’s like trying to fix a machine while it’s still running at full speed, you have to slow the engine down first. At Palma Restorative, my process begins with shifting your nervous system out of "Fight or Flight" and into a "Rest and Digest" state. This isn't just about relaxation; it’s a biological necessity for your body to actually accept the work.
What to Expect
The body often expresses what our words cannot. My sessions are gentle, effective, and, most importantly, collaborative. We move at a pace you’re comfortable with. When you book with me, you aren’t just getting an hour of "me-time." You are investing in your body’s architecture and activating a restorative state so true healing can begin.
